For operators

Point scarce inspection effort at the segments that actually need it.

For gas transmission, distribution, and city gas network operators anywhere. Sentrix is an engineering decision layer that fits inside your existing integrity programme - it turns raw drone evidence into a prioritised, defensible answer to where to inspect next, and hands you an audit trail and a report-ready record on the way out.

Built for how a gas network actually gets inspected

City Gas Distribution networks and gas transmission and distribution corridors are our core focus - long, geographically distributed assets where the hard part was never capturing the evidence, it was deciding which kilometre of hundreds deserved attention this cycle. Sentrix is the proprietary software layer that makes that call defensible.

Rather than another orthomosaic viewer, Sentrix ingests evidence from a flight - drone or otherwise - and runs it through a standardised comparison against the previous cycle, surfacing what actually changed and ranking it by risk. The output is built to slot directly into the compliance record your integrity programme already produces, whether that is a PNGRB-format submission in India or the equivalent elsewhere.

We are explicit about scope: Sentrix does not replace inline inspection, cathodic protection surveys, or leak-detection instrumentation. It sits above them, prioritising where those tools and your field teams get deployed next.

What you care about

The questions a chief engineer actually asks

You don’t need another imagery vendor. You need less risk per unit of inspection spend and a report that doesn’t create rework. That’s what we optimise for.

Does it reduce risk per inspection dollar?

By ranking segments on integrity risk and change, Sentrix concentrates your inspection budget on the highest-value locations instead of spreading it uniformly along the line - the same spend, pointed better.

Does it fit our compliance reporting?

Compliance-format output is a first-class deliverable, not a manual afterthought. Findings come structured for regulator-aligned integrity records - PNGRB-format in India, or the equivalent format your jurisdiction requires - removing a transcription step from your workflow.

Does it replace what we already run?

No. Inline inspection and cathodic-protection surveys measure things airborne sensing can’t. Sentrix works on the surface and the right-of-way and focuses the planning phase so your existing tools are aimed better.

Can I trust a software observation?

Every flagged segment carries its evidence - which signals agreed and what changed since the last cycle - so your engineers audit the reasoning instead of trusting a black box.

Does this work for City Gas Distribution specifically, not just cross-country lines?

Yes - CGD networks are a core part of what we build for. Dense, fast-growing city networks have their own inspection-throughput problem, often sharper than a cross-country line, and the same prioritisation and change-detection approach applies at that scale.

What Sentrix gives you

What lands on your integrity team’s desk

A prioritised inspection target list

A defensible, data-driven ranking of segments to inspect first - replacing spreadsheets and institutional memory as the basis for planning.

Cycle-over-cycle change detection

What changed since the last inspection, isolated from what was already there, so your team reviews new risk rather than re-reading static features.

A compliance-format integrity record

Auditable records generated automatically, structured to align with your regulator’s reporting requirements.

A quantified emissions / risk signal

Where the data supports it, an indicator that ties surface observations to emissions and risk in measurement-based terms.
